Chamomile is great for anxiety and stress.
Chamomile dates back to at least the time of ancient Egypt where it was used as a cure for ‘ague’ or an acute fever. Chamomile is best known for it’s ability to be made into an infusion or tea which is commonly used to help with sleep. It’s also known to reduce stress and anxiety.

Passionflower leaves and roots have a long history of use among the Native Americans and were adapted by he European colonists. The fresh or dried leaves of passionflower are used to make a tea that is used to treat insomnia, hysteria, and epilepsy and is also valued for its analgesic properties.
