QLow thyroid-poor concentration?

Im in Eltroxin to treat my thyroid . The symptoms have not disappeared, and since I'm currently in college, my doctor informed me that I had difficulty concentrating and socializing . I've done some research on low thyroid and, unfortunately , can cause side effects such as dyslexia and ADD ... so that would explain my recent failure in my courses . I have been taking concerta, with the dose of 54 mg . What is a fairly high dose . I take my medication at around 8 am , and it takes about an hour for the effect to take place. It only lasts a couple of hours I think, and also gives me worse anxiety. I sit on the edge , severe insomnia , and just does nothing for my attention span . I guess even take this medicine with my thyroid medication ?
