I can take melatonin every night before I go to bed . But as long as I wake up it's time to get up , I'm always exhausted and tired durring the day. So I ask my doctor about another type of sleeping pills ? Suggestions ?
Recently, i've been feeling really tired and irratable at work. I'm wondering if it has to do with sleep. Am i developing symptoms of depression? Other causes? Doctor consultation fees are expensive here and I want to do my research before seeing a doctor.
How I can get a good night's sleep . No matter what time I go to bed , I can not seem to wake up in the morning . I can get 7-12 hours of sleep and still can not get up without putting in bed for at least half an hour. I'm not depressed about anything or any drugs, and I eat well . I can only get my brain to calm down enough for me to get to sleep . This is starting to affect my work and family life . Can anybody help ?
I have chronic insomnia, and often spend a sleepless night , and occasionally two nights . This is the first time I have not been able to find a partner and two hours of sleep for 4 days and 3 nights . I'm worried fourh go one night without sleep. Should I call a doctor , or is this normal for someone suffering from insomnia ?
i take 100 miligrams of zoloft for anxiety and depression. when i drink heavily, the next day my anxiety and depression is 10 times worse. so i have been taking an extra zoloft at night when i am hammered to try to cure the effects of the next day. will this help the next day or is zoloft more of a long-term thing? in other words, will taking a stronger dose help me like 12 hours later?it seems to be helping but i just wanna check
I have tried herbal remedies, those weird copper sleep bracelets, and sleeping tablets, as well as other things. Is there anything else I might be able to try? (I'm 14, and have been a diagnosed insomniac since aged 5.)
What can you do to go to sleep at night ? He has a new job I do not want to miss . I think it has gone through depression. He works at night between 5:00 pm-9 : 30 pm , but when I get home stays up all night. But now he also has a day job at 9:00 am . What can you do to straighten it ? I have been taking prescription sleeping pills on and off for years for chronic insomnia . I have tried melatonin in the past, but I can not remember what dose I was taking. I know that the few times that I took and the dosage , which made me feel awful ! I have a bottle of tabs 3MG .. What is a good dose to start . I do not use the whole of Lunesta due to concerns of dependency ... If I can get a good dose of melatonin work think it would be much better as it is a normal occurring substance in the body ...
