QWhat are the natural methods to overcome depression?

Hello ,
I am a student of final architecture and am designing a shelter for people who suffer from depression . In retirement I'm not trying to cure clinical depression , but try to begin to overcome it through natural means and not just anti -depressant medications . My questions are:
1. What are the natural ways to overcome depression ?
2. What are the different types of depression and what natural methods to work on it ?
3. Do people feel isolated and depressed the need to escape ?
4. Do you feel like a different universe and no one understands ?
5. Are depressed people feel worse when they encounter people who are suffering from the same disease or better ?
