I have anxiety and depression also .. I do not take drugs .. I only try to resolve my symptoms my own way ... lifestyle change .. try to stop things bothering you and makes you worried .. change the way you look .. new haircut , new hair color , change your bedroom , try to go on vacation ... I know what I'm saying can be difficult .. I have severe anxiety and depression .. my panic attacks are really scary ..

Vit D has a great effect on the symptoms ... heart , .. breathing ... dizzy ...
I had a very low vit D. . I was light .. diffeculty breath . asthma , heart palpitations .. tired muscles .. so many things .. I now take for vit D. injectiong . it really helps me in breathing .. I have less dizziness ..
I know that anxiety can disturb .. but do these tests ..

I've always had problems with anxiety and is what helps me myself saying what worries me and I will laugh at him. For example , you have to make a presentation to the school and likes to speak in front of people . Instead of going crazy over it worrying about every little aspect just make sure you are as prepared as possible and tell yourself you will be fine . I'd do anything to get my mind read it as drawing exercise or watching TV .

Kava Kava is stress relief tea made by Yogi . u should be able to find in grocery stores . Other supplements include damiana , skullcap and passionflower can be found at Vitamin Shoppe . St.Johns Wort is also useful . Maybe try to get your friend to go play a sport . hang out more often and do fun things . one of the most likely to feel depressed is when you are alone and thinking a lot . It is hard to be happy when you're surrounded by joy . Hope that helps :)
